Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

The Cell & Developmental Biology Department is committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the sciences. We challenge all department students, faculty, and staff to explore assumptions, test ideas, and broaden our understanding of the world by engaging with people of different backgrounds and viewpoints. We pledge to continually work toward removing barriers to promote equity, ensure access, and generate opportunity for all, helping us weave together a vibrant culture full of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
