NU-Age: Northwestern University Aging Research Registry
NU-Age, the Northwestern University Aging Research Registry, is a pool of potential study subjects from which individual investigators may request access to recruit for their individual studies. The questionnaire will collect contact information, as well as sociodemographic information including self-reported health literacy, health status, cognitive, functional, and behavioral status, chronic conditions, and connection to primary care.
Subjects have the opportunity to complete additional survey modules. These modules include information about participant technology use, literacy, medication use, functional independence, mobility, and frailty.
If you are an investigator interested in recruiting participants from the NU-Age Research Registry, you may apply below.
