Services
The Mouse Histology & Phenotyping Laboratory (MHPL) offers extensive histology, tissue cleaning, immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF) , TUNEL and RNA Scope (RNA in situ hybridization) services that provide consistent and standardized protocols on large and small scale projects on formalin fixed, paraffin embedded (FFPE) or frozen tissues. Sections to be stained (paraffin or frozen) should be brought to the MHPL, or they can be generated by the MHPL. Antibodies can be provided by the user or MHPL. Please contact us for an updated list of antibodies. The MHPL also provides antibody “workup” services to test novel or untried antibodies on your tissue of interest. Please contact us to arrange a consultation.
