Testicular Cancer Symptoms

Nearly all testis cancers are originally identified by a testis mass. It may be hard to determine what a “normal” testicle feels like. Most testis cancers do not cause pain, but 30 to 40 percent may cause a dull ache. Any testicular firmness should be discussed with your doctor. Other symptoms of testis cancer include:

  • Breast pain
  • Back pain
  • Neck pain or mass
  • Weightless or weakness
