Sylvia Wolff Research Grant Fund
The goal of the Sylvia Wolff Research Grant Fund is to foster research that will advance the treatment of atrial fibrillation (AFib). Each year, there will be two to three grants of $50,000 for two years. To be eligible, you must be junior faculty (MD, PhD, MS or equivalent within five years of initial faculty appointment at assistant professor or instructor level) with a sponsoring mentor (associate professor or professor) and a focus on AFib-related stroke, AFib prevention, new diagnostic and monitoring technologies for heart rhythm disturbances, novel treatments for atrial arrhythmias or imaging.
A 2020 request for proposals will be announced this fall; please contact Chris DeLuca with questions.
