MSTP College Mentors attend MSTP College Curriculum sessions and provide guidance for the students in their college. As physician-scientists, they can advise on a wide range of topics, including selecting a lab, a clinical speciality, and building a physician-scientist career.
MSTP students also serve as student leaders of each college. Student leaders are responsible for organizing and facilitating individual college sessions, such as journal clubs, and help organize regular social outings for the members of their college.
Colleges are organized by common research interests, and each is named in honor of a prominent physician-scientist.
