Research Description
Dr. Lee’s research focuses on surgical techniques and outcomes of robot assisted urologic reconstruction procedures, as well as surgical techniques and outcomes of robot assisted radical prostatectomy. He current research analyzes outcomes of complex urologic reconstruction to develop new surgical techniques. He is also studying the use of fluorescence to assist with identification of anatomy and assess tissue perfusion intraoperatively.
In this video, Dr. Ziho Lee talks about how complex ureteral strictures are managed, including his pioneering techniques utilizing buccal mucosa graft for complex ureteral stricture disease reconstruction.
