Merchandise
To order merchandise that displays your department, institute, center or program name, please visit iBuyNU. All groups requesting to use the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine name or logo must have their requests reviewed by University Services and Feinberg’s Office of Communications, as indicated by the University’s Trademark and Licensing Office. Ordering through iBuyNU will automatically initiate this approval process.
Feinberg faculty and staff are encouraged to add the Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine or Northwestern Medicine logos to their merchandise when prompted on iBuyNU. You may not create new logos for official merchandise. Please use the name of your unit or the institution when possible and avoid using acronyms.
Order Timing
Please place your order at least four weeks prior to your desired delivery date so University Services and the Office of Communications can review it and address any potential design or trademark concerns. During these high-volume times, you may need even more lead time:
