Bias Training

Feinberg Academy of Medical Educators (FAME) offers group grand rounds sessions that focus on reducing bias in medical education. A history of bias in medicine, based on factors such as race, ethnicity, ability and LGBTQ+ status, contributes to persistent healthcare disparities and gaps in medical education.

In these sessions, educators will learn how to more effectively train learners to provide equitable and inclusive care during their own clinical training and throughout their careers.
