Following the publication of the 2017 Northwestern-University-wide staff engagement survey, Feinberg School of Medicine identified a variety of opportunities to enhance the staff experience at the medical school, including the creation of the Staff Engagement Steering Committee. The committee's work to date has focused on staff professional and career development, events, and awards and recognition.
