Sustained Dialogue

In partnership with the Feinberg Office of Diversity & Inclusion (ODI), the Sustained Dialogue series creates a safe learning space to talk about difficult topics such as racism by focusing on active listening, among other skills. In 2020, its inaugural year, moderators from the Sustained Dialogue Institute led seven virtual dialogue sessions with a group of Feinberg staff members.
