Communities of Practice provide intentional space for Feinberg staff to enhance their professional knowledge, expand their network, learn best practices and collaborate with colleagues across the medical school's many teams. The overall goal of these groups is to help staff develop new approaches to overcome challenges by supporting staff collaboration.
