Enable AI as a collaborator with healthcare specialties and create a positive impact on precision medicine.

The mission of the center is to advance augmented intelligence (AI) science, engineering, and translation to enable AI as a collaborator with healthcare specialties and create the largest possible positive impact on precision medicine. The center is a medical school-wide collaborative hub for research, strategic infrastructure, and training in collaborative AI. In particular, the center assists clinicians, hospital administrators, and basic scientists successfully apply AI methods in their daily research and practice.

The center works to democratize access to infrastructure and training resources, and engages new people previously facing AI and Machine Learning (ML) barriers, whether they are clinicians, hospital administrators, trainees, or basic scientists both inside and outside the medical school.
