Our goal is to improve asthma awareness in students' schools and communities and empower students to be their own health advocates.
Asthma Curriculum
Our team built a curriculum based on these programs for schools to help students learn about a variety of other health conditions. If you are interested in ordering this free Student Media-Based Health Research Team (SMHRT) curriculum for your school, please email cfaar@northwestern.edu.
Asthma Videos
These videos were created during our START and SMART Asthma Programs. Through these programs, the students conducted research in their communities to understand which factors can positively and negatively impact their asthma. They then worked with our team to create these PSAs to share with their classmates and community to spread awareness and education.
