Annual: $552.00
Effective dates: October 1 to September 30 (Not available for sale after December 23)

Academic Year: $495.00
Effective dates: October 1 to June 30

Quarterly: $199.50
Effective dates:

• Fall Quarter: October 1 to December 31
• Winter Quarter: January 1 to March 31
• Spring Quarter: April 1 to June 30

Requirements

To be eligible, your local address must be listed in official university records as outside of campus boundaries: north of North Avenue, west of Halsted Street and south of Congress Parkway. If your address is listed incorrectly or is out of date, you must update your address on CAESAR 48 hours before applying.

If you have temporary or permanent medical concerns or extenuating circumstances, you may request a waiver of the residency rule by completing the "Extenuating Circumstances" area of the form.

The Medical Student Parking Committee will notify all applicants via email of their tentative approval or rejection. The email will include information on how to obtain your permit from the University Services Parking Office. Please be prepared to provide your automobile make and model, proof of driver's license and insurance. You will receive your parking sticker and parking garage location from the parking office. 

Campus parking permits are not available to students visiting from universities outside of Northwestern.
